Data entry and Backoffice support

You are computer savvy;

You like numbers and want to support our team in the data management of Point-of-Sale systems used in our Indigenous Community stores;

The Role

The Data entry and Backoffice support position will be part of our Remote Community Stores team. The position reports directly to our Finance Manager and will liaise directly with our Remote Community Store Managers and assist them with orders and point of sale system queries.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data management of the POS system Grocery Manager (training will be provided)
• Loading of new products into Grocery Manager;
• Upload host files with price changes weekly and on an ad hoc basis
• ABC Click invoicing, including manage and review of discrepancy;
• GP and Margin data entry in AIG guidelines;
• Maintenance of Grocery management set up in line with AIG guidelines;
• Assist in supplier management and price comparisons;
• Assisting stores in ad-hoc orders including organising freight to communities;
• Collate store point of sale reports;
• Assist AIGs finance team in finance and administrative tasks related to the stores space;
